About Me
Passionate | Considerate | Loyal
So who am I?
I’m Mary Cushen. Mother to twin girls, wife to a supportive husband, multiple business owner.
My favourite time of day is walking along the riverbank opposite our house. It’s a great way to clear the mind as well as trying to keep healthy. Pasta is my favourite (beetroot pasta is top of the list) and, although I’m not a vegetarian any more, I don’t eat much meat. I love giraffes, green (most things in nature are green) and just having fun with my girls.
Career wise, I am an Agile Practitioner, Crystal Healing Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Business Analyst, Leadership and Management Expert, and a lot of other things that probably will mean nothing to you. However, if you are interested in anything in particular, just ask – I have nothing to hide. What I will say is that my personal development is key for me. I am constantly looking at ways I can improve myself to enhance my client experience.

All About My Work Ethics
A bit more about me.
It goes without saying I love my girls and hubby. One of my girls is autistic (Aspergers) and has health issues so I know how challenging life with kids can be at times, but it doesn’t mean I love them any less. My hubby Phil, is one of the most supportive people you could ask for. No matter what I decide, he will always try to see it my way, offer advice but still support me in whatever choice I make.
Walks along the river are one of our favourite family tasks. We are lucky to live opposite the river so Sundays are normally our family river walk day.
Personally, I have asthma and fibromyalgia so have my own challenges with health too. However, it doesn’t slow me down or hold me back from achieving my goals and helping others to do the same. It’s amazing how far passion can push you through.
I am a true fighter in everything I do and believe in. Fighting for our daughters education wasn’t something I thought I’d ever have to fight for but it was. If you are a parent of someone that needs extra help at school, you will know what I mean. When I found out my daughter hadn’t been taught at school for three months, I knew I had to do something.
Passion can drive you to unlimited levels. It can push you through pain and help you achieve things you thought weren’t possible. Let your passion drive your success. Make it all about you.
